Q: How do I know you have received my order?
A:
You will receive an e-mail confirming that it has been received.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A:
Most orders will be shipped within 10-15 business days of order confirmation. Items ordered together may be shipped separately. Due to current web site capabilities, we are unable to provide instantaneous verification of product availability. All orders are subject to availability. Our standard carriers are Deutsche Post, DHL or Danzas. Actual delivery times will vary based on your geographic location. No other delivery conditions (e.g. insurance, express) are available.

Q: How much is postage and packaging?
A:
The cost for postage and packaging is $15.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A:
You may check the status of your order at any time by visiting our Web Site. Simply click on My sportscheck.com. The order status section there will tell you when your order has left our German shipping centre. From then on, your order will take another 5-6 business days until it arrives at your doorstep.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A:
You can cancel your order without further costs, if your cancellation reaches us within one business day after your order. In case you want to cancel your order later, see Return of ordered goods. 


SHIPPING

Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A:
We offer one standard shipping method, from Germany to the U.S.

Q: Do you deliver to Hawaii and Alaska?
A:
Unfortunately it is currently not possible for us to deliver to Hawaii and Alaska.

Q: Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses?
A:
Unfortunately it is currently not possible for us to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses.



PAYMENT

Q: What payment options do you offer?
A:
We accept Visa, Euro/MasterCard and American Express. Sportscheck.com will charge the holder of the credit card. The billing address you give here must be the same as the one of the holder of the card.

Q: What custom fees or tax do I have to pay?
A:
Should your orders for one month exceed US $ 200,-, be informed that you may be contacted by the US Customs Department and may be asked to pay customs and the applicable taxes or have to do so by yourself.


RETURNS AND WARRANTIES

Q:- What is your return policy?
A:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in good condition and in the original packaging, with the original accessories and papers. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Sport-Scheck, Munich, Germany (sportscheck.com). Shipping and handling costs will be refunded if the item is defective or shipped as a result of our error. Refunds are credited upon receipt of the merchandise.

Q: How do I return an item?
A:
You will find the address to return the item to in the bottom left-hand corner of the package slip. This is the only address you can use for order returns. Once we have received the returned item, you will be reimbursed to your account (minus the costs for postage and packaging).
The postage cost for a return is paid by the customer – you.
Please send back the entire contents of your package (apart from those items you want to keep) and add a short explanation of the reasons why you do not want to keep the item. If you can’t find your package slip or haven’t received one, here’s the return address:

Q: How do I exchange an item?

You will find the address to return the item to in the bottom left-hand corner of the package slip. This is the only address you can use for order exchanges.
The postage cost for your return is paid by the customer – you.
Please add the size, color and quantity of the item you want to exchange. If you can’t find your package slip or haven’t received one, here’s the return address:

Replacement orders are generated upon receipt of the returned merchandise. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the replacement order upon creation of the new order.

Q: Are there exceptions to your order return policy?

You cannot return products once you have used them. Apart from that, you can return everything.

Q: What warranties do you give on your products?
A:
